Which warehouse ships yours?

Pick the delivery state. We show the warehouse your order leaves from and the transit window for Standard and Express. Stock permitting, we always ship from the closest location.

Select a state to see your nearest warehouse and estimated business-day transit.
Order journey

From checkout to the site

Order placed Confirmation email with your YL- order number. Changes and cancellations are free within 24 hours.
Processing 1–2 business days. Nearest warehouse inspects, fills fluids where applicable, crates and straps the unit to a pallet.
In transit Carrier and PRO number emailed at pickup. Tracking updates at each terminal scan.
Delivered Carrier calls to book a window, lowers the pallet by liftgate, delivers curbside. Inspect before you sign.
Processing time

1 to 2 business days for in-stock items. Orders placed after 2PM EST start processing the next business day. Express orders are picked first.

Coverage

All 48 contiguous states: residential, commercial and job-site addresses. No Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes or international at this time.

Tracking

Carrier name and PRO number by email at dispatch. Use the carrier links on the track order page. Quiet days between scans are normal for LTL.

Freight delivery

Curbside, by appointment. The driver lowers the pallet by liftgate at the curb, gate or end of a truck-accessible drive. An adult must be present to inspect and sign.

Job-site delivery

Shipping to a job site?

We deliver to active sites, yards and shops. Same free freight. Put the site contact on the order and tell us about gates, hours and access when you check out or call.

  • Curbside + liftgateDriver lowers the pallet to the ground at the truck. No placement, no inside delivery.
  • Machines: forklift or rampExcavators, skid steers and tractors need a forklift, ramp or trailer on site to come off the pallet.
  • Delivery appointmentCarrier calls the site contact 1–2 days out. Someone 18+ signs and inspects.
  • Access53-ft trailer access assumed. Tight site or no liftgate room? Tell us before dispatch and we route a smaller truck.
Damaged or short shipment? Do this before the driver leaves

Walk the pallet: crate, banding, every visible surface. Write damage or shortages on the delivery receipt before signing, photograph it, and email contact@yardandliftsupply.com within 24 hours with the order number. We file the carrier claim and arrange repair, parts or replacement at no cost. A clean signature on a damaged shipment weakens the claim. Severe damage: refuse delivery and call (404) 618-2644 from the curb.

Delivery day checklist

Be ready when the truck arrives

Five minutes of prep keeps the delivery fast and protects you if anything went wrong in transit.

Answer the carrier's scheduling call, 1 to 2 days ahead. Unanswered calls delay delivery and can incur storage fees after 3 days at the terminal.
Confirm a 53-foot trailer can reach the address. If not, tell the carrier on the call so they send a smaller truck or meet at an accessible point.
Clear a flat, firm spot at the curb or driveway entrance. Liftgates need level ground; gravel, soft grass and steep slopes are not safe for a 2,000 lb pallet.
Have an adult (18+) present with the order number and a phone with a camera.
Inspect the packaging and the machine before signing. Photograph all four sides and note anything on the receipt.
Plan the off-load. Excavators and skid steers need a ramp or forklift; lifts, crates and mowers need a pallet jack, forklift or 2–3 people.
Keep the packaging for 15 days. Returns must go back in original packaging, and the crate protects the unit if a warranty inspection is needed.
Shipping questions

The details crews ask about

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Yes, free of charge as long as the order has not been dispatched. Call (404) 618-2644 or email contact@yardandliftsupply.com with the order number and the new address. After pickup, an address change is a carrier reconsignment at their rate, usually $75 to $150, plus extra transit time.
What if nobody is on site for the delivery?
Freight is by appointment, so pick a window when an adult can be there. If nobody is present the driver cannot leave the pallet and the load returns to the terminal; carriers charge a redelivery fee (typically $90 to $180) which is passed on. Plans change? Call the carrier before the window to reschedule.
Do you offer inside delivery or placement?
No. All freight is curbside: the driver lowers the pallet to the ground at the truck and the carrier's responsibility ends there. Drivers do not enter shops, buildings or yards. Need the unit positioned? Arrange a forklift, pallet jack or local rigger in advance. Machines need a ramp or forklift to come off the pallet.
Can I pick up my order at a warehouse?
Not at this time. The warehouses are distribution facilities without a customer counter, and freight is already free to your address, so there is nothing to save. Equipment viewings at Atlanta HQ by appointment; call to set one up.
How do I track my shipment?
At pickup you get an email with the carrier name and PRO number. Enter it on the carrier's site; links are on the track order page. LTL tracking updates at terminal scans, so a gap of a day or two is normal. No movement for 3 business days? Send the order number and we trace it.
Do you ship over holidays?
Warehouses and carriers close on US federal holidays; those days do not count toward the 12–25 or 5–15 business-day windows. Expect 2 to 4 extra days around Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year. Orders placed in the last two weeks of December typically deliver mid-January on Standard; choose Express if you need it sooner.
Need 2+ units? Talk to fleet sales.
